The Nursing Department is organising a conference in four thematic blocks, with the aim of sharing knowledge, experience and thoughts on advances in the profession and the challenges that arise daily
Free and in hybrid format, the event will take place on 15 May in the Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu auditorium

On 15 May the International Nurses Day Conference will take place, in hybrid and face-to-face format, in the Social Centre Auditorium.
With the theme “Care as a tool for transformation”, Parc Sanitari Sant Juan de Déu is organising a conference with an outward-looking focus on the future. In four thematic blocks, with three round tables formed by external speakers and professionals from our institution, topics such as retaining talent, the economics of care, professionalisation and the future of nursing will be discussed. There will also be scope for the presentation of projects that have already been implemented, devised by professionals from the institution.
The conference will open with a lecture by Mª Ángeles Martín, General Director of Primary Care in the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service, who will present the case of a values model as a fundamental part of the transformation of care.

FORMAT: Hybrid, with previous registration for both modalities

The conference is in the process of obtaining accreditation from the Catalan Council for Continuing Education of Health Professions and the National Health System's Commission for Continuing Education. If you are attending in person, 24 hours before the event you will receive a QR code by email so you can accredit your identity when you arrive at the auditorium. If you wish to attend online, 24 hours before the event you will receive an email with a ZOOM link, so you can log in and follow the conference online. Connecting via ZOOM will count as accreditation.
